Catawba Regional is seeking quotes for Full Service Realtor marketing and sales of our Neighborhood Initiative Program parcels. Existing structures have been removed and parcels have been fully cleared. There are approximately 120 parcels that are located throughout Chester, Lancaster, Union, and York Counties, including low-to-moderate income areas. A listing of parcels within each county that Catawba is seeking to market in 2020 can be viewed in the link below along with the balance becoming available in 2021. Catawba Regional reserves the right to add or remove parcels from the list at any time.
