The State of South Carolina has prepared a draft of its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, or CAPER, for Program Year 2017. The CAPER covers the State’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs for the period April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018.
Written comments will be accepted June 4th through June 18th at 5pm, and comments should be sent to Liese Ross at 1201 Main Street, Suite 1600, Columbia, SC 29201 or emailed to lross@sccommerce.com.
