Catawba Regional Council of Governments (Catawba COG) is requesting proposals from qualified Real Estate Brokers for the listing, marketing and sale of Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) homes. Catawba COG has an ongoing program to purchase foreclosed residential properties through the NSP program in York County and Lancaster County, rehabilitate the properties and place them back in the market for sale. Sealed proposals will be received by Catawba COG office at 215 Hampton Street, Rock Hill, SC until 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. No proposals will be accepted after that time.

All participants must comply with all state and local laws, and ordinances regarding fees, licensing and proposal requirements. Catawba COG reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all responses.
