SCDOT Seeks Public Comment For FY 2015 Federal-Aid Funding Plan

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking comment from the public to amend the Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP) to add the FY 2015 Federal-Aid Funding Plan.

The proposed FY 2015 Federal-Aid Funding Plan in the STIP is consistent with the 2014 funding plan allotment of $765 million in contract authority, and state match.

Additionally, funding previously designated for the Federal-Aid Secondary and Bridge Deck Preservation Program in the 2014 funding plan will be allocated to the Federal Aid Resurfacing Program during FY 2015 for projects identified though the SCDOT’s Commission approved ACT 114 prioritization.

Comments will be accepted until the close of business on August 8, 2014.  Visit SCDOT’s website and leave any comments by clicking here.
