South Carolina Route 97, Wylie Avenue will be closed from S-46-651 (Ebenezer Road) to S-46-780 (McKnight Road) for the rehabilitation of SC 97 between Hickory Grove and Smyrna. This work is being performed by Eagle Construction Company under a contract with the SCDOT. These roads will be closed beginning Monday, December 18, 2017 and will reopen March 2018; however, this could change if utility conflicts or adverse weather conditions are encountered.
DETOUR: Traveling north on SC 97, turn left onto S-46-233 Potato House Road heading towards Legion Road. Continue onto Legion Road and travel to the intersection of Main Street/Highway 97 (SC 97).
The net detour length is approximately 1.51 miles.
