CDBG Project Update – Ottaray Mill Village

Union County and the City of Union recently completed neighborhood improvement activities associated with the Ottaray Mill Village. Upgrades included storm drainage piping and 1,500 linear feet of 8” gravity sewer on portions of Second and Third Streets. New pavement and curb and gutter were also installed at the same portions of Second and Third Streets. Six vacant and dilapidated homes were demolished and cleared from the property as part of the project as well.
