Catawba Regional Council of Governments (CRCOG) is excited to announce the completion of the Catawba Regional Workforce Housing Study for Chester, Lancaster, Union, and York Counties.
The studies provide specific data and analysis on workforce housing conditions, needs, and opportunities across the CRCOG region. The findings are intended to support local governments, employers, housing providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders as they consider strategies to expand housing options for the region’s workforce.
Recently, Jeff Sauser, Principal at CommunityScale, presented the study findings to each County Council, Catawba Regional COG Board members, representatives of local municipalities, and other stakeholders. These presentations provided an opportunity for community leaders to review local data and discuss shared challenges.
