Catawba Regional Council of Governments is pleased to share that the S.C. Department of Commerce (SCDOC) has awarded Community Development Block Grant funding from its Spring round to the City of Union to support stormwater improvements. The SCDOC selects projects for funding twice a year through a competitive process.
The City of Union received $911,362 for the Willow Lane Drainage Improvements. This investment will help strengthen stormwater infrastructure for residents and businesses.
