Changes in Low-to-Moderate Income Areas and the Catawba Region Data Comparison Tool

Changes in Low-to-Moderate Income Areas

At the September 19, 2024 Board of Directors meeting, COG Staff presented information about the significant changes in low- and moderate-income (LMI) areas across the Catawba Region. These areas are designated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and are used to determine funding eligibility through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
