Catawba Regional COG encourages and supports the expansion and improvement of public transportation in the region through the efforts of its Regional Transit Management Agency (RTMA). Working with the SC Department of Transportation, Catawba Regional RTMA acts as the formal organization within the region to provide a multi-jurisdictional, coordinated approach for the provision of transit services. Catawba Regional RTMA also assists with transit development plans and feasibility studies.
