The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking comment from the public on the proposed 2013 Federal Aid Pavement Improvement Program. Projects listed in the program have been allotted $93,369,000 and will include the reconstruction and rehabilitation of a total of 258.12 miles with roads in each of the state’s 46 counties.
