Project Description: The project will consist of the construction of 5,020 linear feet of 6 and 8-inch lines, 8 fire hydrants and valves to upgrade the water system on Clyde Street and Flat Rock Road, from Spring Street to south of Fish Hatchery Road; and 1,100 linear feet of 6-inch water line, 1 fire hydrant and valves to upgrade the water system on South College Street, from Rowland Avenue south to the town limits. - Project Name: Alman Street Water and Sewer Project

Project Description: The project will consist of the construction of 3,465 linear feet of 6-inch water lines, 7 fire hydrants, valves and asphalt pavement on Alman, Hickory, Norris, Moore, Whitlock and Franklin Streets. The project will also include the construction of 1,300 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer line to serve the Alman Street Apartments. - Project Name: Lockhart Sewer Upgrade Project

Project Description: The project will consist of the construction of approximately 4,820 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer lines, 37 manholes, sewer services and asphalt patch and overlay to upgrade the existing sewer system and to reduce inflow and infiltration. Construction will occur in the alleys between North 1st Street and Mill Street, Mill Street and South 1st Street, South 1st and 2nd Streets, South 2nd and 3rd Streets, and South 3rd Street and Highway 9/49, from Lockhart Drive to the western town limits. - Project Name: May Street Sewer Rehabilitation Project

Project Description: The project will consist of the upgrade of 4,896 linear feet of sewer lines through the installation of cured-in-place lining and the rehabilitation of 24 manholes on May, Cabin, Hill, Haskell and North Pinckney Streets.
