WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT – PHASE III

The Town of Heath Springs is constructing 6 and 8-inch water lines, gate valves and 17 fire hydrants to upgrade the water system in the northeastern portion of town.  The reconnections of 53 residences will also be conducted.

Total Project Cost:      $599,735
CDBG Funds: $500,000
Local Funds: $99,735
Beneficiaries: 107 persons, 74 of whom are low and moderate income.
